Here’s the lowdown on registering your product for your FREE warranty!! note You will need your receipt to answer some of the questions. If you no longer have your receipt, please contact the store where you purchased and they can provide you with a duplicate copy.

Step 1: Go to www.lovesac.com/productregistration
Step 2: Fill out the appropriate fields completely. Make sure that all required fields are answered, otherwise you will receive an error message.
Step 3: When asked where you purchased your product, select a “retail store” and choose the Dallas area location where you purhcased your product.
Step 4: Fill out the quick survey and hit submit!
A page congratulating you on registering your product will appear once everything is done correctly. An email confirmation will be sent to you. Make sure you hold onto this for your records.

Manager Fest 09 was the coolest experience. Our 15 hour days taught us so many ways to make the Dallas area Lovesacs more Sactastic, that this company hires a bunch of tight people that know what they’re doing, and that if there’s ever anything we need adressed it wont just be swept under the rug. Along with the long meetings, we got to do a scavenger hunt in New York City, and best of all we got to just annihilate a Sac..which was NOT easy!
