Here at Lovesac of Dallas we take President’s Day very seriously, and by “we” I mean “I”, and by seriously, I mean I wear a Wig and Cross creeks when it’s really cold, carrying an American Flag. Though that is just a weekend thing anyways, the flag is a holiday thing.
Enough about how I personally Celebrate a Holiday about the best presidents of all time. WE got Lovesac to talk about. So, Valentine’s Day is coming up in four days and for us who have that special someone or even if you’re flying solo I’m sure you would love to treat yourself to our chocolate mousse swirl phur pillow sac package! It’s a movie connoisseur’s theatre off of Inwood and Lovers Lane in Highland Park. It is the number one movie going experience in Dallas. It was the first movie theatre to go LoveSac, and they provide a gourmet concession as well as books and dvds. What other movie theatre do you know that is this awesome?…mm you don’t!

Hey Dallas!
So, we’ve been shafted out of the playoffs (and subsequently the Super Bowl) now for 3 years. The Giants and Patriots are at each others’ throats again, while we get to sit here and watch the mayhem. Just because we don’t have our local team to support in the Big Game doesn’t mean you can’t have the most comfortable seat in town to watch it in!
I am going to help everyone out today with a Lovesac approved Super Bowl checklist:

I won’t be home for this Super Bowl, I’m going to be heading over to the Granada Theatre for their killer watch party (on screens with as much watching space as I have floor space in my apartment). I watched the NBA Playoffs there this last year, it’s a great venue for anything sports watch parties. A few other good watch spots that I have found for other events:
- The Flying Saucer (Addison)
- Victory Park (Downtown)
- Studio Movie Grill (North Dallas)
I have used all of these ones personally to hang out and watch games and other events and all are great. Anyone out there have any other good under currents watch parties, let us know in the comments!
Here at Lovesac we’re all going to be working hard all day at both stores (I will personally be at the store almost all day Sunday to help anyone out with their furniture needs!), so if you need us get over here and let us help you out.
I’d like to wish Melanie our wonderful Assistant Manager the best of luck next week in Houston. She is going to help out with their stores there (and will be driving all day on Super Bowl Sunday to get there) and will be gone until after Valentine’s day! We will miss her sorely, but we will persevere without her none the less.
And finally, Valentine’s day is just around the corner (only 11 days away people!!), so I know everyone is looking for some killer gifts to be giving to their significant others.
